Little Inklings 2025
I endlessly drifted around up and down, ebbing and flowing. There was blue on the left and white sand on the right. I would start my journey again, always coming back. I started drifting with the current letting it take me to the shore. Even though I would return, I felt uneasy with the fear of not returning home. There were drawings in the sand that I erased leaving it brand new, although their artists would protest as they disappeared, as if nothing was ever there. I slowly receded backwards, flowing out, farther and farther from the shore. It felt like forever until I saw the tall buildings and bridges that I cross every day.
