Little Inklings 2024

SEASONS CHANGING By: Olivia Barrack ’29 The start of spring brings new flowers, Winter snow turns into spring showers, The short winter day lasts more hours, Seasons shift like something changes. In the heat of the midday sun, There is never a loss to be done. Summer smiles, giggles and lots of fun, Seasons shift like something changes. Cinnamon scent is fall’s perfume, Halloween comes and so do costumes. Leaves dance as they drop outside bedrooms, Seasons shift like something changes. Snow covered cars in crowded lots, Christmas decorations in some spots. “Am I too old for this” kind of thoughts, Seasons shift like something changes. Spring, summer, fall, and winter all bring new changes, Pink flowers, summer sun, falling leaves, and gift exchanges. Seasons shift like something changes, Seasons shift like something changes.
