Little Inklings 2022

Long ago, there was peace and balance all around the world, and among the gods. All of the gods had gathered for a meeting at Mount Olympus, celebrating their 100th year with no battles. All was going well, until they heard the loud scream of a guard.They learned a demon named Morfran had attacked Mount Olympus, destroying and killing everything it could. All the gods had no idea what to do, as the demon was very big and very hard to defeat. A goddess named Valencia, who had invisibility powers, stepped up. She attempted to fight him, until realizing that for every hour he was alive, he doubled in size. By the time the gods understood this, the demon was nearly as tall as Mount Olympus itself. The gods sent Valencia to attempt to recruit Ganesha, the god of wisdom, commerce, and beginnings. He had the body of a man, and the head of the elephant, and he was a very strong fighter. She was very skeptical about this, because the two of them did not have the best history. Once, Ganesha had wanted to date Romilda, Valencia’s sister. Valencia, however, did not approve, so she kicked him out of their home, and forbade all communication between Romilda and him. When she asked for his help, he scoffed and refused, but Valencia begged and pleaded with him. As the goddess of convincing, she was able to gain his help by appealing to his love for her sister, saying that if he didn’t help, she would soon be dead, and it would all be his fault. Ganesha reluctantly agreed, and the pair returned to Mount Olympus. They fought the ginormous demon ferociously, but the demon was simply too big to defeat. THE STORY OF VALENCIA ANDREA MEDINA ❜ 28 6
