Inklilngs 2024
EDITOR’S NOTE If unconventional was a moment, Inklings would be the final second of the hour. Welcome you to Inklings 2024: Unconventional. This theme considers both form and content in exploring how we pro - cess our experiences. You will find questions surrounding identity, redemption, fame, and love. Some works speak to the past, and some contemplate what’s next. You’ll find artwork that challenges space — and our place in it. The unconventionality of Inklings 2024 aspires to cast aside the traditional tropes found in art and writing. When you find love, you’ll also find forgiveness and restraint. When you find identity, you’ll also find reverence and conflict. It is through this that we experience Inklings 2024 at this moment. Welcome and enjoy your stay. I have been a part of Inklings for four years now. In my time, I witnessed what it is to create a space for others to share the vulnerable parts of their lives. I believe this magazine exists beyond the print you view now; it is the continuation and preser - vation of creativity for our student body. Inklings 2024 is my final thank you to the students who contribute to this magazine and all those who will. I would like to thank the students who produced this mag - azine with dedication and intention. I would also like to thank and celebrate our faculty sponsors, Mr. Stock, and Ms. Morgan. Yours truly, Sophia Romanov Imber ’24 If unconve ti al was a moment, Inkli gs would be the final second f the hour. Welcome to Inklings 2024: Unconventional.
