From the RE Archi s Each year the Ransom School published a catalog that provided prospective parents with information about the campus, the curriculum, the calendar, the timing of reports and so on. On the subject of the required school uniform, here is the entry in the 1961-62 catalog: “Clothing: Although life in Florida is informal for the most part, boys are required to wear jack- ets and ties to all academic appointments. A school blazer is purchased upon entrance by the students. A detailed list will be sent upon enrollment.
