(See photo above.) She is pursuing her Master of Science at Hopkins in Engineering Managementa on an Environmental Systems Analysis, Economics and Public Policy technical track. Last year, Annie continued her dedication to track and field at Hopkins and competed in the 2021 Outdoor NCAA D-III champion- ships for pole vault, placing seventh. An All-American selection, she also compet- ed in the heptathlon, breaking Hopkins’ 100-meter hurdle school record. She is now a three-time All-American, passenger charters as well.” (See photos on page 59. Lisette Tellez is a managing director at Ocean Azul Partners, an early-stage ven- ture capital firm investing primarily in B2B software and deep tech companies that are at an inflection point and have a competitive advantage that will enable them to become a leader in their space. She also serves as vice president and board member of LatinxVC, a non-profit organization focused on increasing the number of Latinx venture investors and supporting Latinx venture capitalists in their careers. Prior to Ocean Azul, Lisette was a Managing Partner for Dorm Room Fund, a student-run VC firm that has invested in over 370 startups that have gone on to raise $2.5+ billion. Lisette developed an early interest in entrepre- neurship and began investing at age 12.
