SPRING 2022 Ransom Everglades LOG 49 for the Real Estate Finance group within UBS investment bank in NYC. Kaely is a senior at Wilmington Friends School and will be attending Vanderbilt in the fall. We soon will be in desperate need of tips on becoming empty nesters.” See photo above. Mike Turner writes, “From our side, Patricia and I have been married for almost 28 years. We have two awesome daughters – Isabelle and Madeleine – who live together in NYC. Isabelle gradu- ated in 2020 from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she played on the women’s soccer team for all four years, achieving a number of scoring records and scholar-athlete rec- ognition along the way. She now works with the Madison Square Garden Group – the sports and venue organization that owns MSG, the Knicks and the Rangers among other assets – where she works in marketing for the Knicks. Madeleine graduated with honors in 2021 from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and is now a first-year ana- lyst in investment banking with Credit Suisse’s healthcare group, where she interned for two summers during college. I co-founded an investment banking firm Farlie Turner & Co. almost 18 years ago. From offices in Fort Lauderdale and Raleigh, N.C., we work on deals across the country. I’ve had the occasion to work on deals in Seattle where I’ve caught up with E.J. and his lovely wife Susan. Patricia founded a very successful yacht apparel business that serves the mega-yacht industry in South Florida. We’ve been blessed to stay closely con- nected with Stuart, Lance, Ricky and E.J. , whom we try to get together with several times a year, including dinner this weekend. I hope everyone is healthy and happy. Keep the updates coming!” Oscar Vila writes, “Happily married to Ana for 27 years. We have five kids: Oscar, the oldest, graduated from Boston College several years ago and just started working for a business we own in the hospital- ity sector; Nick finished his first year of law school at UM; Ana is a sopho- more at Duke studying pre- med; Andres is a freshman at SMU studying business and Daniela is a sophomore at Carrollton. Not yet empty nesters but getting close. I graduated from law school in 1990 but now own and operate hospitality busi- nesses and supermarkets.” Kathryn Lotspeich Villano , see David Villano ’79 1984 Class Agent: Eliot Gelber ( egelber@msn.com ) David Elkins , see Scott Tornek ’83 1985 Class Agent: Stacey Deutsch Shoer ( shoerstacey@gmail.com) Constantine Alexandrakis is the Chief Executive Officer of Russell Reynolds Associates and serves on the firm’s board of direc- tors in Chicago.
