She retired from practicing law and opened Mindfultime in South Miami in 2009, where she offers mindfulness instruction to individuals and groups. Alice has taught mindfulness to a wide ar- ray of organizations and groups, including publicly traded companies, cancer sur- vivors and incarcerated women, helping hundreds of people develop a mindfulness practice tailored to their unique needs. Her passion is to make mindfulness medita- tion more easily accessible to everyone. (See photo below.) It was a very proud moment for this trio to see the Dan Leslie Bowden Fellowships in the Humanities in its fifth year. Jeff was instrumental in establishing the program with direct input from Mr. Bowden himself. Read more about the Class of 2022 Bowden Fellows on page 26. Dave Villano and Chip Cole hosted a Celebration of Life for Billy Epstein at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park in November. Friends gathered just a stone’s throw from Bill’s childhood home on Key Biscayne and shared laughs, tears and fond memories.
