9 I wonder if dolphins feel joy as they jump out of the water I wonder if shells feel pain when kids stomp on them Or happiness when they are placed on top of a large sandcastle I wonder if the fish cry when a hook grabs them by the mouth Or if they are nervous when a larger fish approaches I wonder if waves know they are going to crash once and then disappear Or if boats are fearful when a big wave is approaching I wonder if the sea wind can hear its own howling Or if it can control its strength I wonder if a lighthouse worries about boats in the distance during a storm Or if its flashing lights give them a headache I wonder if the creatures at the bottom of the ocean wish they were at the top Or if they enjoy the peace of the quiet down below I wonder if oceans cry when plastic bottles are dumped into it And feel happiness when it rains I wonder so many things about the ocean I Wonder About The Ocean Garrett Fox | 7th Grade
