Little Inklings 2020-21

21 Under the cherry trees?barren and gray limbs float an autumn gale, rust ling the trees, banging the chimes, and tucking the squirrels to bed. It is neither too warm nor too cold as the birds set t le down in between the leaves, building nests on each roof, sleeping with their children. The crystal-blue creek dr ies up after the summer, but once again, it flows through the green and gray terrain, carrying the lit t le orange fish to their dest inat ions, where they?ll grow old and die and be born again.
